Product Introduction

This series of impact testing machines is used to measure the resistance performance of metal materials under dynamic load at room temperature (or low temperature), in order to determine the quality condition of the material under dynamic load. This machine is controlled by a microcontroller and can achieve integrated operations such as swinging, positioning, impact, measurement, calculation, storage and analysis of results, and printing. It has high work efficiency and testing accuracy.

The low-temperature impact testing machine uses a compressor (or liquid nitrogen refrigeration), with a minimum temperature of -60 ℃ (or -190 ℃, -196 ℃ is a special requirement), and is particularly suitable for measuring the impact resistance of metal materials at low temperatures. It is an important testing instrument for metallurgical, mechanical manufacturing, scientific research and testing units to test materials and research and develop new materials.

Semi automatic impact testing machineFor microcomputer control, swing, hanging, and impact are all electrically and mechanically controlled. The fully automatic impact testing machine is equipped with a dedicated sample feeding device for automatic feeding and automatic end face positioning of the sample, ensuring that the time from the sample being taken out of the furnace to the impact is not more than 4 seconds, meeting the requirements of the metal low-temperature Charpy impact testing method. After the sample is broken, the remaining energy can be used to automatically swing and prepare for the next test. The microcomputer can calculate and display the impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum swing angle, and test average value of the material, and can print the test data and average value of the current test.

The equipment for liquid nitrogen refrigeration is randomly equipped with dedicated liquid nitrogen tanks.
